We are an important company that works in the chemical area looking for 2 professional profiles with disability's certificate.



You will assume tasks as HR administrative assistant and you will also help with bills and orders.



Some of your tasks wil be:



Coordination of visits with a focus on providing a pleasant experience through attention and welcoming.

Drafting and preparation of notes and announcements.

Comprehensive management of mail and courier services.

Responsible for requesting and following up on office supplies orders; continuous contact with suppliers.

Administration of orders for cleaning supplies.

Inventory control and management.

Support in organizing internal events: searching for restaurants, venue reservations, and coordination of taxi services.

Oversight of the proper functioning of water dispensers, dishwashers, coffee makers, among others.

Identification and communication of possible breakdowns or incidents in the facilities.

Preparation and reservation of meeting rooms, ensuring the optimal condition of our facilities.
