What Youll Do:
Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and letters in Polish and English.
Provide product information, assist with complaints, and resolve inquiries.
Offer first-level technical support and guide customers on IoT technologies and apps.
Be a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service.

RequisitosWhat Were Looking For:
Fluent Polish (C2) and English (B2+) Training is provided in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Tech-savvy mindset and a passion for the automotive industry.
A team player with a positive and proactive approach.
¿Qué ofrecemos?Monday to Saturday. 39 hours week Rotating schedule 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 11:00 to 19:00
